Terms and conditions depend on each contract between you and the credit card company you are using.

Time of Delivery
Time of delivery differs by each product/service.
Please confirm the contents at each page.

For order-made product, it will take, in general, around 2 to 3 weeks from the time of starting the production.
Please note that the time of starting the production will depend on the arrival of the garment to be sent by you.

Return/Exchange
For order-made product, the production will start after the use of credit card has been authorized by the credit card company.
Please be aware that we cannot accept any cancel or exchange, given the nature of order-made product.
In the following cases, we may be able to repair the product to the possible extent (in our sole discretion).
Please make sure that you contact facetoface@yuimanakazato.com within a week from the arrival of the product, if you wish for the repair:

- When the product arrived was inappropriately dirty or damaged; or
- When the product arrived did not fit your size and you cannot wear it.

In the following cases, we may not be able to repair the product:

- When it passed more than 8 days after the arrival of the product;
- The dirt or damage of the product occurred at your place;
- When you repaired by yourself or washed the product;
- When you lost attachments, or any other part or the product;
- When you simply didn’t like the product, or it is not agreeable depending on your taste; or
- Any other cases where you wish to repair at your convenience.

Shipping fee
You will not be charged for shipping fee for the repair due to initial defection.
